Providenciales - Miami 13.05.2010

Certainement une des plus belle région du monde à survoler en avion léger. Nous quittons les iles Turk & Caicos pour rejoindre les eaux turquoises des Bamahas. Nous restons à basse altitude tant le spectable est magique. La météo sur la route est excellente et en moins de 5 heures de vol nous arrivons à Miami. L’accueil à Opa Locka (Miami) est exceptionnel, nos amis sont là ! Même les officiers de l’immigration américaine sont heureux de rencontrer ces deux suisses (un peu fou) qui font le tour du monde dans ces tout petits avions… Les représentants américains de Flight Design (le constructeur de nos avions) ont organisé une réception…qui sera bien arosée car il fait très soif dans ce coin du monde…

Le lendemain nous visitons le magasin d’Atlantic Models qui va produire des maquettes de nos CTLS à l’échelle 1:24 ! En soirée, nous sommes invités par Premier One Aviation (représentant Flight Design) pour un dîner à Coral Gables. Nous prévoyons de quitter la Floride samedi matin vers 07h00. Les prévisions météo sur Dallas n’étant pas très clémentes, nous prévoyons d'atterrir à Austin plus au Sud.
