Oakland - Maui 21.05.2010

"We are outside the world, and our engine alone suspends us and sustains us in this asphalt. We are travelling through the great dark valley of lrgend, the valley of ordeal. There is no help here. No forgiveness for errors. We are in the hands of God’s discretion." St Exupéry.

We are in Hawaï !!

A spectacular flight of 3’900 kilometers (the distance between Sion and Téhéran) in 17 hours 30 minutes ! The magical alizés winds blowing from east to west at low altitude have helped us a lot. Our stay in Hawaï will be short, we are leaving this night directly to Majuro in order to precede the relatively less good weather enroute and at destination forecast as of Tuesday.
